Abstract: A multiple panel display system wherein horizontally adjacent panels are hingedly attached by the adhesive mounting of elongated flexible interlocks. The interlocks can be uncoupled to disassemble the display system. In addition, the panels contain receiving sockets in the ends to permit the use of pins for vertical stacking of panels. The flexible interlocks mounted on the surface of the panels permits the display to assume a variety of shapes.

Abstract: A modular structure for use in displays and exhibitions wherein three girders are affixed to vertical columns in a triangular patter having a right triangle. Triangular floor panels are supported by longitudinal flanges on the beams to provide an elevated load-bearing surface. The structure, girders and floor panels are designed for rapid assembly and take-down.

Abstract: A modular furniture assembly of the knock-down type wherein four identical side panels are interengaged at corner lap joints to facilitate set tip and take-down. Each panel has fasteners located on one edge and on the interior surface panel proximate to the opposing edge. The resultant structure is square in cross section. A square closure member forms the top surface.

Abstract: An intensity equalizing element for placement between a number of individual fluorescent tubes in a light panel and the panel image display surface. The element includes a like number of curved surfaces in axial alignment with the individual tubes to reduce variation in observed intensity due to tube spacing. Each curved surface is provided with a non-uniform opaque dot pattern thereon to reduce variation in the intensity of light at the panel display surface and enhance uniformity of light intensity throughout an overlying image display.

Abstract: A novel attachment system provides rapid alignment and attachment of adjacent modular panels which eliminates interpanel support members and permits individual panel reversal. The system utilizes pairs of substrates affixed to each panel edge. Each substrate has a plurality of tapered pins and sockets for alignment. Portions of the panel edges are provided with releasable VELCRO-type fasteners for attachment. Disassembly is accomplished by the application of tension to adjacent panels accompanied by a bending force at the junction therebetween.
