Abstract: A method of configuring an on-demand secure connection between a control site and a client network is described. The method involves establishing a first tunnel between the control site and the edge device of the client network. The method then involves automatically detecting a sub-network coupled to the edge device, and configuring the edge device to allow a second tunnel to be established within the first tunnel, where the second tunnel connects the control site to the detected sub-network.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, a system and method are illustrated that include receiving a query requesting a task to be performed by a first network device, the query generated by the first network device. Further, the system and method may include transmitting a first command including the task to be performed by the first network device, the task including an instruction for a second network device.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing a distributed and dynamic review of a set of information are described. A set of information instances (e.g., case summaries) are distributed over a computer system network to reviewer nodes. A list of review items (e.g., problem types) against which the information instances are to be reviewed are also distributed over the computer system network to the reviewer nodes. An updated list of review items is distributed over the computer system network to the reviewer nodes each time a change to the list of review items is received from any of the reviewer nodes.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a dynamic expert system comprising a control database, a master rules database, an operations database, an initialization module, a dynamic knowledge module and an application of knowledge module. The control database comprises a plurality of available data structures. The master rules database comprises one or more of the available data structures populated with a plurality of rules. The initialization module causes one or more of the available data structures and corresponding rules to be copied, as a project/product database, to the operations module. The dynamic knowledge module provides for modifying the data structure, rules and/or operating parameters to be captured of the project/product database. The application of knowledge module provides for applying the modifiable project/product database to the project, product or the like.
