Abstract: A method comprising creating, by a computer-based system for shifting financial responsibility for a transaction from a merchant to a transaction account issuer, a digital wallet associated with a transaction account holder, wherein the digital wallet comprises one or more attributes associated with the transaction account holder, confirming, by the computer-based system, the attribute in response to a transaction request, and/or determining, by the computer-based system, whether to shift financial responsibility for the transaction from the merchant to the transaction account issuer.

Abstract: A tubular stand (1) that attaches to a tennis ball cart (2) and provides a support for a sun shade umbrella (15) to protect a tennis instructor from the sun and other elements. The stand is preferably a substantially U-shaped tube having a horizontal portion (3) and two vertical portions (4), each extending upward from the ends of the horizontal portion. The stand is located on a tennis ball cart so that the horizontal portion is located on a bottom surface (10) of a basket (6) of the tennis ball cart and the two vertical portions (4) are located on opposite sides of the basket. The user may alternate the placement of the sun shade umbrella in the stand depending on whether the instructor is right handed or left handed and the placement of the tennis ball cart in relation to the student.
