    Abstract: A new beverage container holder for providing an adjustably positionable device for holding a beverage to a structure. The inventive device includes a receptacle member for holding a beverage container coupled to an elongate arm member. A connection means connects the arm member to an clamping assembly designed for detachable attachment to a structure. The connection means includes a first pivot member, a second pivot member, and a rotation member to permit selective and adjustable positioning of the receptacle member in relation to the structure.
