  • Publication number: 20240120716
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices providing for the robotic installation of vehicle electrical systems are described. A vehicle wiring harness includes first and second cables, a robotic gripping arm, and at least two pairs of stiffeners coupled to the cables to define folding points and corresponding segments that enable robotic folding and unfolding of the wiring harness. In other examples, a wiring harness is coupled to a plurality of electrical connectors carried by a carrier plate of an electrical control unit connection system (ECU), which is installed by robotically mating the plurality of electrical connectors carried by the carrier plate.

  • Patent number: 11749500
Abstract: A system and method for controlling an amount of outgassing caused by implanting ions into a photoresist disposed on a workpiece. The amount of outgassing is based on the species being implanted, the type of photoresist, the energy of the implant, and the amount of dose that has already been implanted, among other effects. By controlling the effective beam current, the amount of outgassing may be maintained below a predetermined threshold. By developing and utilizing the relationship between effective beam current, dose completed and rate of outgassing, the effective beam current may be controlled more precisely to implant the workpiece in the most efficient manner while remaining below the predetermined outgassing threshold.

  • Patent number: 7579602
Abstract: This disclosure describes an ion implanter having a collimator magnet that is configured to shape an ion beam. A first deceleration stage is configured to manipulate energy of the ion beam shaped by the collimator magnet. A neutral filter magnet is configured to filter neutral atoms from the ion beam passing through the first deceleration stage.

  • Publication number: 20030199329
Abstract: A child swing is described. The swing may have an object hanger for use with the child swing. The object hanger includes a support bar coupled to the seat; and a decorative object coupled to the support bar such that the decorative object is positionable above a child seating area of the seat, wherein motion is imparted to the decorative object by the motion of the swing. The swing may have a display supported by a support member and facing toward a front of the child swing; and function activators supported by the forward facing support member and facing toward the front of the child swing, each function activator activating a function of the swing upon a user activating the activator.
