    Abstract: An auger drilling apparatus includes a spoil disposal box guided on the lower end of the auger leads. The auger extends vertically through the box and deposits spoil from the hole being drilled into the box. During drilling, the box rests on the ground at the top of the hole being drilled. When the box is filled, it can be raised on the leads to an elevated position and eject the spoil directly into a dump truck.
