    Abstract: A device to support one or more articles with a pole, where the device may include a collar having a first section and a second section that are coupled by a hinge to allow the collar to open. The collar may be openable at opposite facing ends of the first and second sections to receive the pole, and closeable around the received pole. The device may also include a clasp to lock the collar in a closed position on the pole. The clasp may include a fastening hook and a tensioning member coupled by a clasp pin. The fastening hook has a hooked end that can be received by a lip on the first section of the collar and held on the lip by articulating the tensioning member to the closed position.
