The rack comprises a fixed portion and an engaging portion both formed on an outer surface of the rack. The fixing portion fixes the rack to the seat. The engaging portion comprises meshing teeth one of which can engage with the engaging arm to adjust a size of the receiving space. An electronic device using such a cable clip is also provided.
