  • Publication number: 20120074654
Abstract: A tool includes a body having an insert groove formed in and end surface for insertion of the processing member thereinto, a pressing block disposed within the body and abutting against an inclined surface of the body for pressing against the processing member, a controlling member connected pivotally to the body and rotatable about a pivot axis, and a connecting member connected fixedly to the pressing block and connected pivotally to the controlling member, in such a manner to allow the connecting member and the pressing block to rotate about a connecting axis. The controlling member is operable to rotate about the pivot axis to thereby rotate the pressing block about the connecting axis between a first position whereat the processing member is locked in the insert groove, and second position whereat removal of the processing member from the insert groove is allowed.

  • Patent number: 7931180
Abstract: A pneumatic nail gun includes a gun body, a connecting mechanism, an acting valve, a trigger, a safety valve, and a trigger valve. The gun body includes a safety compressed air inlet and a firing compressed air inlet. The connecting mechanism is slidably disposed on the gun body. The acting valve is connected to the connecting mechanism. The trigger is connected to the gun body. The safety valve is connected to the acting valve for allowing a safety compressed air coming from the compressed air source to drive the acting valve to move the connecting mechanism forwards when the trigger is pulled. The trigger valve releases a firing compressed air coming from the compressed air source to project at least one nail only when the trigger is pulled, a workpiece blocks the connecting mechanism, and the trigger opens the trigger valve.

  • Patent number: 7565989
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hook device which can be firmly positioned on a nailer, wherein a fastener is used to insert in the rear plug by cooperating with a ring-like hook, so as to make the rear plug slightly bulge out to press against the ring-like hook, thus, the ring-like hook is firmly fixed to the rear plug. The hook device can be arbitrarily and rotatably positioned on the nailer, wherein a plurality of positioning grooves are formed on the step circular wall of the rear plug, and a ring-like hook is mounted on the rear plug. The ring-like hook is provided with a positioning unit which is to be engaged in the positioning grooves of the rear plug, so as to enable the ring-like hook to be rotatably positioned on rear plug. Thereby, the user can position the nailer arbitrarily according to real needs.

  • Publication number: 20080241509
Abstract: A poly lactic acid and veneer laminar structure, in which a poly lactic acid layer is adhered to one surface or two surfaces of a wood veneer, thereby preventing the wood veneer from easily splitting apart, wherein the poly lactic acid is a polymer, the raw material of which is natural cereal crops. Moreover, a food grade wrapping paper layer is adhered to one side or two sides of the poly lactic acid layers. Accordingly, containers fabricated from the aforementioned laminar structures are biodegradable, and provide environmental protection effectiveness with regard to natural ecology.

  • Patent number: 7232052
Abstract: The present invention provides a structure of the inner head housing, which is placed inside the nail tip cover. The structure includes a movable base of the air-resistant ring, which is placed inside the slot of the fixed liner ring. The resilient component is used to support the movable base towards the direction of the cylinder under normal circumstances. The fixed liner ring is a single component; therefore, it is easy to process and make it smooth. The inner side of the nail tip cover does not need to be processed; therefore, it greatly reduces cost of processing and becomes more practical.
