    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: providing a wafer-bonding stack structure having a sidewall layer and an exposed first component layer; forming a photoresist layer on the first component layer; performing an edge trimming process to at least remove the sidewall layer; and removing the photoresist layer. In this way, contaminant particles generated from the blade during the edge trimming process may fall on the photoresist layer but not fall on the first component layer, so as to protect the first component layer from being contaminated.

    Abstract: Motor control architecture including a travel, a hoist, and a controller is disclosed. The travel disposed on a main rail having an auxiliary-encoder includes a master-driver and a slave-driver for driving two motors. Each motor has a main-encoder. The hoist drives a rope and calculates a rope length continuously. The controller calculates an anti-sway position command based on the rope-length and a position command. The two drivers perform a full closed-loop computation based on a feedback of one main-encoder, a feedback of the auxiliary-encoder, and the anti-sway position command. Wherein, the master-driver controls one motor based on a speed command generated by the full closed-loop computation and the slave-driver follows the speed command and a torque command of the master-driver to drive another motor; or the two drivers compensate the torque command based on an error value between the feedback of one main-encoder and the feedback of the auxiliary-encoder.

The analyzing step is implemented by utilizing the electron microscope equipment to photograph the sample to generate an analyzation image.

The image capture module captures real-time image. The detection module analyzes the real-time image, and detects whether positions of a plurality of instruments are disposed in the real-time image. The processing module defines buffer zone in the real-time image, and analyses whether the instruments are disposed in the buffer zone based on the positions of the instruments, and determines whether spacing distance between the instruments is small than preset distance. When the spacing distance is smaller than the preset distance or the instruments are disposed outside the buffer zone, the processing module emits controlling signal to control the image capture module to move to capture position. As a result, the present invention may achieve image tracking real time and provide stable image.

    Abstract: An automatic door shutter includes a stationary plate and a pressing plate pivotally combined together and with a resilient body located therebetween. Additionally, a pivot of the stationary plate has a sliding notch accepting an S-shaped resilient sheet abutting the pressing plate. By attaching the stationary plate and the sliding base to a door frame and a door respectively, the resilient body pushes the pressing plate to shut the door automatically. When the door is pushing to fully open, the pressing plate pivots to the stationary plate, and the S-shaped resilient sheet slides in the sliding recess and is compressed to deform to become U-shape. Until the door is fully open, the resilient sheet which is U-shaped causes an outward pushing force to the pressing plate to keep the door open constantly.
