  • Publication number: 20240107776
Abstract: An antiferroelectric field effect transistor (Anti-FeFET) of a memory cell includes an antiferroelectric layer instead of a ferroelectric layer. The antiferroelectric layer may operate based on a programmed state and an erased state in which the antiferroelectric layer is in a fully polarized alignment and a non-polarized alignment (or a random state of polarization), respectively. This enables the antiferroelectric layer in the FeFET to provide a sharper/larger voltage drop for an erase operation of the FeFET (e.g., in which the FeFET switches or transitions from the programmed state to the erased state) relative to a ferroelectric material layer that operates based on switching between two opposing fully polarized states.

  • Publication number: 20050234545
Abstract: An amorphous oxide surface film for metallic implantable devices and method for production thereof, wherein the amorphous oxide film is characterized by a high concentration of oxygen, chromium and hydroxyl ions within the film so as to form a non-stoichiometric chromium oxide with significant negative charge; thereby, improving the corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of the metallic implantable device, and thus significantly reducing the degree of thrombogenicity and restenosis.

  • Publication number: 20030136545
Abstract: A heat-sink for heat-liable electronic devices provides multiples of lateral holes in each vertical fin to separately create a lateral passage in relation with longitudinal troughs to guide air currents flowing in various directions to boost the air conduction thus to improve heat dissipation effects.

  • Patent number: 6133549
Abstract: A heat treatment furnace and conveyor with multi-conveyance, wherein the top of the furnace has a feeder and the bottom of which has a disposal. The inside of the furnace has a number of conveying units, each unit is in circular status lined up and move with the feeder at the top of the first pallet, and the end of each pallet is connected to the beginning of the next pallet, and the end of the last pallet is connected to the disposal. This reduces the width of the furnace and extend the length of conveying which enhances the heat treatment processing time. The furnace is also divided into several sections, as a heating section and a cooling section. The heating section is equipped with electric heating elements while the cooling section is not. The pallet belt is in a flat surface with some ribs to prevent objects from sticking or sliding off.
