A first barrier structure is formed in between the second surface mount components and the semiconductor wafer. An underfill structure is formed under a second portion of each of the second surface mount components, wherein the first barrier structure blocks the spreading of the underfill structure from the second portion to the first portion.

    Abstract: A photosensitive input device includes a stylus, a photosensitive input panel including an induction layer, a photoelectric detecting circuit, a driving circuit, a controller, and a storage device. The induction layer includes a plurality of photosensitive units including a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element together. The photosensitive element outputs a current when struck by the light from the stylus, the current intensity being dependent on the wavelength of the emitted light. The photoelectric detecting circuit determines coordinates based on the induced current and the intensity of the induced current. The driving circuit generates a driving current or a reduced or a zero current in response, based on a pre-determined table and outputs the driving current to show the track of the stylus-light across the input panel, by illuminating the relevant light-emitting elements or by switching down or switching off the relevant light-emitting elements.

    Abstract: A capacitive pressure sensing element includes a main body, a power supply with a positive electrode and a negative electrode connected to a first electrode and a second electrode mounted on the main body, a first sheet metal electrically connected to the first electrode, a second sheet metal, and a spring element connected between the second electrode and the second sheet metal. When the spring element is uncompressed, the second sheet metal is misaligned relative to the first sheet metal. When the spring element is compressed, the second sheet metal is move towards the first end to a position with a reduced misalignment degree relative to the first sheet metal, thereby the portion of the first sheet metal squarely opposing the second sheet metal is increased to generate an inductive capacitance between the first sheet metal and the second sheet metal. The resistors and the switches cooperatively form a plurality of current circuits. A control system using the control device includes an electronic device, which includes a socket connected to the plug. The socket includes an ADCIO pin coupled to the first pin, which connects to a power source via a pull-up resistor. A connection node between the ADCIO pin and the pull-up resistor forms a voltage detection point. When the control device is connected to the electronic device, if one of the buttons is pressed, the switch corresponding to the pressed button is switched on to generate a corresponding conductive current circuit, and generate an input signal at the voltage detection point. The electronic device executes a corresponding function according to the input signal.
