    Abstract: The invention relates to the field of Light emitting device manufacturing technology, and more particularly to a light emitting device and an organic light emitting panel, the invention sets a light extraction layer comprising at least two refractive index layers stacked successively above the array substrate of the display device, and the refractive index of the at least two refractive index layers gradually decreases from the direction close to the array substrate toward the direction away from the array substrate, thereby reducing the wide-angle color shift, optimizing the display effect, and effectively reducing the blue-violet light harmful to human eye that under 435 nm to achieve the effect of protecting eye, through changing the material of the light extraction layer from organic material in traditional technologies to inorganic material.

To change the metal masks used for forming the resonator adjustment layer in sub-pixels to form the sub-pixels with resonator adjustment layers in different thicknesses. On other hands, a light blue sub-pixel and an orange sub-pixel are added into a pixel unit to form the pixel unit consisting of a blue sub-pixel, a red sub-pixel, a green sub-pixel, a light blue sub-pixel and an orange sub-pixel. The AMOLED with the above features can reduce the power consumption in the display screen greatly, and can maintain the high color saturation.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device (OLED) with a heat dissipation structure includes a substrate, an anode layer, a metal layer, a light-emitting layer, a cathode layer, at least one external anode, and at least one external cathode, wherein at least one external anode is connected to the anode layer, and at least one external cathode is connected to the cathode layer. The metal layer, due to having a high thermal conductivity, conducts the heat generated during the operation of the light-emitting layer to the external anode. The cathode layer, due to having a good thermal conductivity, also conducts the heat generated during the operation of the light-emitting layer to the external cathode. In addition, the tips of the metal layer after being etched may cause discontinuity of the coating layer of the light-emitting layer and abnormal light emission.
