  • Patent number: 11961777
Abstract: A package structure and a method of forming the same are provided. The package structure includes a first die, a second die, a first encapsulant, and a buffer layer. The first die and the second die are disposed side by side. The first encapsulant encapsulates the first die and the second die. The second die includes a die stack encapsulated by a second encapsulant encapsulating a die stack. The buffer layer is disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant and covers at least a sidewall of the second die and disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant. The buffer layer has a Young's modulus less than a Young's modulus of the first encapsulant and a Young's modulus of the second encapsulant.

  • Patent number: 10601306
Abstract: A power supply unit for an information handling system, including a filter module configured to filter an AC voltage signal; a rectifier module to rectify the filtered AC voltage signal to generate a DC voltage signal, the DC voltage signal proportional to the AC voltage signal; a voltage regulator module configured to determine that the DC voltage signal is above a threshold voltage level, and in response, clamp the DC voltage signal such that the clamped DC voltage signal i) is not proportional to the AC voltage signal and ii) is less than the threshold voltage level; a capacitor module to average peaks voltages of the clamped DC voltage signal; and a DC/DC converter to convert the averaged DC voltage signal to a converted DC voltage signal, the converted DC voltage signal having a desired DC voltage level.

  • Patent number: 7289640
Abstract: An adjustable Bluetooth wireless earphone primarily comprises an earphone body pin-connecting with a link-part at the front upper portion thereof so that the earphone can be rotated in all direction using the link-part as an axis and the link-part connects with a plug-set. The plug-set can co-move with the link-part. When the plug-set plugged the ear of the user, using the feature that the earphone body can be rotated in all direction, so the earphone body can be pressed close to the cheek portion of the user to form an angle between the earphone body and the plug-set, such that the plugged plug-set may stay more tightly on the ear of the user and not drop off easily.
