  • Patent number: 7854416
Abstract: A display including a body and an elevation adjusting base is provided. The elevation adjusting base is secured to the body. The elevation adjusting base includes a base, an elevation adjusting mechanism, an outer bushing, an inner bushing and a friction ring. The elevation adjusting mechanism is connected to the base. The outer bushing is connected to the base and mounted on the elevation adjusting mechanism. The inner bushing is embedded inside the outer bushing. The friction ring is disposed between the outer bushing and the inner bushing. After the elevation of the elevation adjusting mechanism is adjusted, the friction ring provides a friction force between the outer bushing and the inner bushing to fix the elevation of the elevation adjusting mechanism. Users can accurately adjust the elevation of the display panel according to the view-angle and personal preferences.

  • Patent number: 7837240
Abstract: A display includes a main frame, a support base, and a locking mechanism. The support base including a first locking member is selectively connected to the main frame. The locking mechanism selectively connected to the first locking member of the support base includes a base, a plate, a pivot, and a second locking member. The base with a hole is movably disposed on the main frame. The plate is connected to the base, and is neighboring the hole. The pivot including a raised edge is disposed on the main frame, through the hole, and is near the plate. The second locking member is connected to the base for selectively engaging with the first locking member. When the raised edge abuts against the plate, the base is moved towards the first direction, and the second locking member is detached from the first locking member.

  • Patent number: 7748668
Abstract: An electronic device with an elevating mechanism includes a body and the elevating mechanism connected with the body. The elevating mechanism includes a support base, an elevating element, and a fastening element. The elevating element capable of moving between a first position and a second position relative to the support base is connected with both the support base and the body. The elevating element includes a first wedging component. The fastening element disposed around the second position relative to the support base is rotatable between a third position and a fourth position. The fastening element includes a second wedging component. When the fastening element is rotated to the fourth position, the second wedging component is wedged on the first wedging component for fastening the elevating element at the second position.

  • Patent number: 7710510
Abstract: A liquid crystal display and adjustable support thereof. The liquid crystal display includes a display panel, a moving assembly and a locking assembly. The moving assembly is connected to the display panel, and moves the display panel. The locking assembly is moveable between a first position and a second position. When the locking assembly is in the first position, the moving assembly is abutted by the locking assembly so that the display panel cannot be moved by the moving assembly. When the locking assembly is in the second position, the moving assembly is not abutted by the locking assembly so that the display panel can be moved by the moving assembly.
