  • Publication number: 20240153842
Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a die embedded in a molding material, the die having die connectors on a first side; a first redistribution structure at the first side of the die, the first redistribution structure being electrically coupled to the die through the die connectors; a second redistribution structure at a second side of the die opposing the first side; and a thermally conductive material in the second redistribution structure, the die being interposed between the thermally conductive material and the first redistribution structure, the thermally conductive material extending through the second redistribution structure, and the thermally conductive material being electrically isolated.

  • Publication number: 20040017688
Abstract: An illumination device for backlighting electronic products has a transparent board, two illumination elements and a bracket. The transparent board has a bottom surface and two opposite ends. A recess is defined in each end of the transparent board respectively, and an illumination element is mounted in each recess respectively to produce light that enters the transparent board. Multiple reflecting dots are formed on the bottom surface of the transparent board to reflect the light, and the density of the reflecting dots increases gradually in order. The bracket is attached to the bottom surface of the transparent board and is used to attach the illumination device in electric products. The light is reflected by the reflecting dots and goes out across the transparent board to create a surface-area light source.

  • Publication number: 20030198497
Abstract: A keyboard includes an upper member having a top face on which a number of pushbuttons are movably mounted and a lower member having a bottom face. Two legs are pivoted to the bottom face for being movable between a stowed position where the keyboard is allowed to lie down on for example a desk and an extended position where the keyboard is supported in an inclined manner on the desk. Two support members are pivoted to a lateral edge face of the keyboard that connects the top and bottom faces. The support members are movable between a collapsed position to an erected position where the keyboard is supported by the support members in a standing up manner with the lateral edge face substantially confronting the desk for reducing the amount of surface area of the desk occupied by the keyboard and for display purposes.

  • Patent number: 6439785
Abstract: A keyboard includes a keyboard body similar to a traditional keyboard. The keyboard body has an edge from which an additional portion extends. The portion has a top face on which an EL panel or a thin plate having patterns and/or figures printed thereon is placed. A transparent cover is openably attached to the portion for covering the top face and thus housing the EL panel or the thin plate. The cover may be hinged to the portion whereby it is movable between a closed position and an open position. Alternatively, the cover is releasably attached to the portion whereby the cover can be removed for replacing a new EL panel or a new thin plate having different patterns printed thereon. The EL panel or the printed thin plate serves the purpose of decoration and enhances the appeal of the keyboard to the general consumers.

  • Publication number: 20020075641
Abstract: A structure for fixing a mouse pad in a notebook computer includes a resilient post extending from a bottom of the mouse pad. The post extends through a hole defined a circuit board contained in the notebook computer. The post has a free end abutting a portion of the notebook computer. The free end is expanded and defines a circumferential shoulder engaging with an underside of the circuit board thereby securely fixing the mouse pad in the computer while allowing readily mounting/dismounting of the mouse pad to/from the computer.
