Abstract: An apparatus for continuously producing jingling bells includes an upper mold plate and a lower mold plate. The upper mold plate includes a number of punch pins for punching a material web into jingling bells. A cutter is provided on the upper mold plate to cut an iron wire to thereby form a jingling member. The jingling member falls into a flower-like semi-product before closing the flower-like semi product. The lower mold plate includes a rotating wheel rotatably mounted thereto. The rotating wheel includes a number of closing holes for receiving the flower-like semi-product to be closed. An ejection pin provided on the upper mold plate ejects the jingling bell after formation.

Abstract: A bell includes two shells coupled together by a common foldable coupling element and foldable relative to each other for engaging with each other when folded at the coupling element. One of the shells includes a number of depressions, and the other shell includes a number of ears for engaging with the depressions so as to secure the shells together and so as to form the bell. The bell includes a configuration that is excellent for manufacturing purposes. A gap will be formed between the shells for facilitating sound transmitting effect.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a bell continuously and automatically with a number of mold pieces which are movable downward toward a lower mold having a number of mold cavities for engaging with one half of the bell. A plate member is fed step by step through the lower mold and the mold pieces so as to be formed into the bells. The mold pieces are arranged in series so as to form a recess in the plate member, to form four blades, to bend the blades, to feed a sounder into the bell, and to bend the blades again so as to form the outer half of the bell, and to disengage the bell from the plate member.
