The database might include a collection of partial biometric data for a group of persons.

Abstract: Stable concentrated liquid and solid antimicrobial lubricating compositions can be formulated which include (-) 5 to 40 wt % of a C.sub.6-24 fatty acid, (-) 10 to 40 wt % of a quaternary ammonium salt, (-) an amount of an alkaline source sufficient to increase the pH of the composition to at least 8, and optionally (-) about 0.1 to 10 wt % of an amine. The balance of the liquid form of the composition constitutes water. The lubricating compositions are particularly useful on the load bearing surfaces of conveyor belts used in food preparation where a combination of effective lubricity and efficacious antimicrobial activity are necessary.

Abstract: A composition having a high chelation value may be made by blending about 50 to 80 wt-% of a polyether such as polyethylene glycol, about 20 to 50 wt-% of a polycarboxylate such as polyacrylate moiety or an acrylate monomer, and about 0.1 to 0.5 mole-%, based upon the polyacrylate moiety or the monomer, of an organic peroxy catalyst such as t-butyl perbenzoate at a temperature below about 110.degree. C. but sufficient to liquefy the blend and cause grafting of a polyether on the polycarboxylate.

Abstract: Phosphinated or phosphonated sulfonic acid compounds are prepared by a process comprising reacting a hypophosphite salt, such as an alkali metal hypophosphite, with an alkenyl sulfonic acid compound of the formula CH.sub.2 .dbd.C(R)C(O)NH--Z--SO.sub.3 --M.sup.+, wherein Z is a divalent (C.sub.1 -C.sub.18)hydrocarbyl group, R is H or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.7)alkyl and M.sup.+ is H.sup.+, NR.sub.4.sup.+ or an equivalent metal cation, such as an alkali metal cation.
