Two clamping disks are symmetrically mounted onto the grinding wheel. On one side of each clamping disk are anchor troughs, ventilation holes, cylinders and shaft ducts, and on the other side is a polygonal trough. There are cogs around the grinding wheel and there are clamping troughs and a plurality of mounting troughs on each side of the grinding wheel.
