  • Patent number: 7870888
Abstract: A heat dissipation assembly for a central processing unit includes a heat radiator adapted to contact the central processing unit from above and a base adapted to support the central processing unit from below. The base includes at least a snap-on fastening mechanism adapted to snap into a through hole formed in a supporting substrate of the central processing unit. The heat radiator includes at least a fastener receiving portion for receiving an elongated fastener and aligning the elongated fastener with a matching engaging element of the snap-on fastening mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20090026673
Abstract: Certain embodiments of the present invention provide a vibration-dampening clip assembly configured to dampen vibrations between a tube member and a structure. The clip assembly may include a base configured to secure to a surface of the structure, at least one first spring member, and at least one second spring member. A tube retention area is defined between the at least one first spring member and the at least one second spring member. The tube retention area is suspended away from the base. The at least one first spring member and the at least one second spring member are configured to absorb vibratory energy generated by or within the tube member.

  • Patent number: 7359200
Abstract: A fastener for mounting a heat dissipation module on a central processing unit, includes a shank having opposite upper and lower ends and a head at the upper end of the shank. The shank includes a first portion located between the upper and lower ends, and adapted to engage, by snap engagement, with a fastener retaining portion of the heat dissipation module. The shank also includes a second portion located at the lower end and adapted to engage with a matching mounting element of a base, thereby fastening the central processing unit between the base and the heat dissipation module.

  • Publication number: 20040074399
Abstract: A food service cart assembly having improved panel structures and an improved divider and tray arrangement to increase the thermal insulation efficiency of the assembly. Several different panel structures are disclosed, to reduce thermal transfer between the inside and outside surfaces, and between the inside surfaces in the separate heated and refrigerated compartments of the cart. The divider and food trays reduce airflow and thermal transfer between the heated and refrigerated compartment.
