The imaging module bearing device includes an imaging lens support, an imaging lens clamping base and an adjustment guide base; an imaging lens clamping base bottom portion is movably clamped between the imaging lens support and the adjustment guide base; and the levelness of an upper surface of the imaging lens clamping base bottom portion relative to an imaging lens support bottom portion can be adjusted until a microscopic imaging module fixed to the imaging lens clamping base is orthogonal to the upper surface of the imaging lens clamping base bottom portion, and the microscopic imaging module is fixed to the imaging lens clamping base.
