  • Patent number: 11066301
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for separating and storing molecules, atoms and/or ions from air, wherein at least one air collecting means comprises at least one collecting tank configured to receive molecules, atoms and/or ions separated from air through an inlet and at least one membrane adapted to fit in the inlet of the collecting tank and configured to let a specified pre-determined size of molecules, atoms and/or ions to pass through the at least one membrane. The system further comprises at least one storing tank for storing the separated molecules, atoms and/or ions, and at least one outlet. The system according to the invention can be used to utilize the energy present in such molecules or separate unwanted gases present in the air.

  • Publication number: 20060262655
Abstract: A device is described for storing and protecting a data carrier from inadvertent erasure of data, in the form of a holder (1) comprising shielding metal sheets (2, 3) so arranged as to envelop the data carrier, wherein the holder (1) is made of a sheet material that is bent or folded or assembled in some other manner so that the holder (1) has the form of a first (2) and a second (3,4,5) parallel planar portion connected via the fold, wherein the first portion (2) is dimensioned so as to essentially completely overlap a data carrier, and the second portion is dimensioned so as to completely overlap a datacarrying element such as a magnetic strip and/or a chip or integrated circuit or the like arranged on or in the data carrier when the data carrier has been fully inserted in the holder (1).

  • Patent number: 6026947
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for transferring an irregular stream of objects from a first conveyor to a second conveyor in such a way that the objects form a regular stream of objects on the second conveyor. The first conveyor operates at a higher conveying speed than the second conveyor and for some distance in parallel with the second conveyor. A deflection device for movable deflection of objects between the two conveyors is provided synchronized with the movement of the second conveyor. The objects being conveyed upon the first conveyor are deflected from this conveyor over to the second conveyor at various points along the above mentioned distance, depending upon how closely the objects are transported on the first conveyor.
