Abstract: The invention relates to a ligature device for body parts, in particular a tourniquet, comprising a closure housing (2) in which a feed-through shaft (230) is formed which extends in the longitudinal direction and is delimited at the bottom by a base wall (27), laterally by two lateral walls (26, 26?) and at the top by a top wall (24), and comprising a ligature strap (3) which, by means of a clipping buckle (5) fastened to the one rear end thereof, is clipped or can be clipped detachably to a rear portion of the closure housing (2) and, with the other end thereof, is guided or can be guided from the rear side through the feed-through shaft (230) in order to form a loop (31) of variable size and can be firmly clamped according to the size of a received body part by means of a clamping means, in particular by means of a rocker (4) that is pivotally mounted in a pivot bearing in the closure housing (2).

Abstract: A venous tourniquet having a constricting strap which can be placed around a body part, which strap is elastic in the direction of circumference or is provided with at least one elastic portion, and having a closing device by which the constricting strap can be locked into a tightening loop when the strap is positioned around a body part in the tightened state. One embodiment is advantageous if both structure and use is obtained by designing the closing device as a hook-and-loop fastener having two lockingly engaging closing parts.

Abstract: A milk extraction device including at least one extraction part with an intermediate piece that is, or can be, detachably fastened on the opening of a receptacle and that is linked with a breast piece in a vacuum-tight manner so as to exert a sucking effect on the breast. The device also includes a cap that is, or can be, linked with the intermediate piece in a vacuum-tight manner. An elastic, liquid-tight separating membrane is inserted in the cap and transmits a varying vacuum from the pump unit to the interior of the intermediate piece and the breast piece. The cap is detachably connected to an adapted coupling section of the intermediate piece by a coupling counter-section, thereby meeting increased hygienic standards and simplifying the use of the milk extraction device.

Abstract: A milk sucking pump having a top component with a breast joining piece and which is or can be detachably fixed to the opening of a container and a hand pump unit that is detachably connected thereto by a connecting branch or a connecting bore. The hand pump unit has a cap-like connection section and a pump piston which can be moved to and from in a piston-swept volume by a rotatable actuating handle that has a return mechanism. This invention provides a simple construction and good handling. The cap-like connection section and the piston-swept volume are combined to form a uniform cap component which is fixed to the top component. The return mechanism acts upon the actuating lever and is mounted on the cap component.
