Abstract: A game playing structure, particularly a soccer game where the ball, disposed on a playing field at a given distance from a player figure, is thrown away by the movement of a throwing portion of the player figure, the movement of this part being obtained through mechanical means operated by a person taking part in the game. The throwing portion of the player figure may be a leg swingable under the action of a biasing spring. The figure is movable parallel to the surface of the playing field through the mechanical means. An obstacle is arranged on the surface of the playing field in the path of motion of the throwing portion, which obstacle during the figure movement initially holds back the throwing portion and rotates the same against the biasing spring and then releases it as the figure moves further, thus throwing the ball away on the playing field.

Abstract: Game board structure, comprising a support frame constructed in a single piece, a playing surface supported by the frame, a device for propelling a ball on to the playing surface, a pair of repelling arms disposed close to one end of the playing surface, and pushbuttons for operating the repelling arms. It comprises also a plurality of obstacles having shaped feet of resilient material for being irremovably insertable by pressure into holes provided in the playing surface.It is of extremely simplified construction, in fact; for example, by using a lever provided with two spaced holes, the use of different shapes of levers for the left and right pushbutton is avoided. In addition, the overall dimensions of the game board structure are reduced for package purposes to just the dimensions of the support frame because those normally projecting parts are in this invention completely housed in the body of the game board structure.

Abstract: A game board for use with one or more movable game pieces comprising a playing surface board, a rectangular plastic frame providing a walled element around said playing surface board for substantially confining the game piece thereon and a base board spaced beneath the playing field board. The plastic frame is a unitary structure having a generally inverted U-shaped cross-section and comprising downwardly spaced inner and outer walls connected by a top surface. The playing surface board is attached adjacent the base of the inner wall and the base board is on a plane beneath the playing field board and is attached adjacent the base of the outer wall, to provide a strong, rigid game board having a streamlined appearance.
