    Abstract: The efficiency of home external condenser units is improved by cooling ambient air by a water mist, preferably formed about 12 inches away from the condenser unit. Mist-forming nozzles or heads are mounted on the condenser unit housing and coupled to a water supply (spigot) via a solenoid valve coupled to the thermostat control circuit for the condenser unit.
