Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a handcuff training apparatus, a method of using thereof, and a kit comprising the handcuffing training apparatus. The handcuff training apparatus comprises instructions provided thereon for directing and instructing a first individual on how to apply handcuffs onto a second individual and/or guiding lines provided thereon for guiding the first individual on where to apply the handcuffs around the second individual's wrists. The handcuff training apparatus can be made of a suitable material such as, but not limited to, an adhesive tape, a flexible bi-stable spring band, or an elastomeric band wherein the elastomeric band wraps and couples around the second individual's wrist by elastomeric tension.

Abstract: A training tool comprising a target head region. The target head region comprises a pair of eye sockets and a pair of realistic eyes. Each eye is received within one of the eye sockets. Each eye may comprise a material that is deformable when a pressure is applied to the material. The training tool may optionally comprise a pair of ears on opposing sides of the target head region and an ear canal extending from one or both ears into the target head region. The self-defence training tool may be designed to allow the user to physically practice the action of inserting fingers/thumbs into the humanoid orbital (eye) socket and life like eye to simulate introducing enough kinetic energy to the eye and surrounding muscles/nerves and tissue to cause injury and a spinal reflex of withdrawal from the attacker, thus facilitating a window of opportunity for the defender to escape from further harm to her/himself.

When the expandable baton is extended, the handle section, middle section and the end section are frictionally engaged in an extended configuration.
