  • Patent number: 5065295
Abstract: In a lighting system, comprising a cable with accessible electrical conductors, a holder to be clamped on the cable, and a lamp holder with lamp, the lamp provides a force via the lamp holder to the conductors to make an electrical contact therewith. Preferably the cable has a substantially H-shaped section with cavities that partly enclose the conductors. The holder preferably has a substantially U-shaped section, with legs clamping around the cable. The lamp holder is formed by a pair of contact springs, which are pivotably mounted in the holder, to make at one end contact with the conductors and at the other end to contact the lamp.

  • Patent number: 4984612
Abstract: A delivery nozzle is connected to the outlet end of a fuel supply hose and includes an outlet pipe. A valve is operatively associated with the discharge end of the outlet pipe for opening and closing the latter and an operator is provided for closing the valve responsive to the operator being subject to sub-atmospheric pressure. Further, sub-atmospheric pressure generating structure is operatively associated with the valve operator and generates sub-atmospheric pressure responsive to fuel flow through the outlet pipe and the discharge end of the pipe being submerged within rising fuel in a tank or a tank fill neck into which fuel is being discharged from the outlet pipe.

  • Patent number: 4930717
Abstract: A hose storing apparatus comprising a casing housing, a fuel supply connection, a flexible hose connected to the fuel supply connection at one end and the other end is provided with a nozzle storable in the casing. The casing is divided at least partly into two compartments, each containing at least one loop of the hose. The loop of the hose in the first compartment accommodates a counter weight in the form of a freely movable disc. At the top of the casin, there are further provided a plurality of relatively small rollers in arcuate formation so that in their totality the formed arc crosses above the two compartments.

  • Patent number: 4915533
Abstract: A coupling piece for coupling two or more rods or the like, use being made, for connecting the coupling piece to a rod, of a connector rotatably connectable to said coupling piece, the other end of said connector being adapted for coaction with a rod end by means of a threaded connection. The connector is adapted, through a polygonal outer circumferential portion, to coact for rotation with a ring having a corresponding internal polygonal portion and being provided with external engagement surfaces.
