    Abstract: An apparatus for a process for wet-treating seeds with an acaricidal, fungicidal, insecticidal or nutritive agent which consists of a foam-forming apparatus comprising a first foam-formation chamber equipped with openings which allow a gas and the aqueous composition containing at least one nonphytotoxic foaming agent to be admitted and containing, downstream of these openings, at least one sieve, this first chamber continuing into a second chamber for compressing and structuring the foam, which ends in an outlet nozzle for the foam.
