Abstract: The embodiments provide a device for eye surgery consisting of two metal tubes of cylindrical shape, arranged concentrically with respect to one another, the outer tube is fixed, and the inner tube is rotated by means of mechanical, electromechanical, or piezoelectric and/or pneumatic actuator, or by means of compressed air. The actuators are placed at the proximal end of the device and/or at the base of the device and/or in a compartment separated from it at a short distance from the tip. The diameter of the outer tube gradually decreases, forming a region in the shape of a truncated cone, which ends with a flat or rounded end-piece.
