    Abstract: The use of somatotrophin releasing factor (GRF) is disclosed for the treatment of infertility in females and males. Also disclosed for such treatment is the use of somatotrophin releasing factor along with gonadotrophins, particularly follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) or preparations containing FSH. Pharmaceutical preparations containing somatotrophin releasing factor, including preparations containing both somatotrophin releasing factor and follicle stimulating hormone, are also disclosed.
