The data is then used to create a topographic surface that is representative of the topography of the area and the 3D surface is adjusted for scale, viewpoint, and other features and merged with a template for a piece of jewelry. The resulting merged object is printed and the printed object is cast to produce a piece of jewelry that includes a topographic representation of the selected location.
