  • Patent number: 9889356
Abstract: A golf ball marker display device. At least one display face includes a plurality of reclined cavities that are cut into the display face. Each of the reclined cavities includes a finger access area. Each reclined cavity holds a plurality of golf ball markers in a fashion such that as the front most golf ball marker is removed the remaining golf ball markers remain stacked in an orderly presentation. A golf ball marker is removed by fingers reaching into the finger access area, grabbing the golf ball marker and then removing the golf ball marker from the reclined cavity. In a preferred embodiment there are four display faces arranged in the general shape of a pyramid to form a pyramid display face. The pyramid display face is preferably rigidly connected to a rotating base.

  • Patent number: 9592430
Abstract: A putting cup. A base portion has a ramp that is adjacent to the cup. A backboard is attached to the base portion and includes a hoop that is positioned over the cup. A user can hit a golf ball up the ramp so that the golf ball will fall through the hoop into the cup. In a preferred embodiment the user hits the golf ball so that it contacts the backboard and falls through the hoop. In another preferred embodiment the user hits the golf ball so that it falls through the hoop directly without hitting the backboard. In another preferred embodiment the user hits the golf ball so that it rolls up the ramp and into the cup without falling through the hoop. In another preferred embodiment the user hits the golf ball so that it travels into the cup through a passageway in the ramp. In a preferred embodiment, the ramp is a concave ramp that is circular in shape and surrounds the cup.

  • Publication number: 20080135341
Abstract: The present invention is directed to the apparatus and manufacture of lifting apparatus (1) in the form of improved forklift tines. The lifting apparatus includes at least one lifting tine (3) having an upper surface (4), a lower surface (5), a heel and a tip (9). The upper surface is substantially planar and the lower surface is substantially tapered from the heel of the lifting tine to the tip of the lifting tine. The taper of the lower surface includes at least three reductions (6, 7, 8) in the angle of the taper along the length of the tine. The upper surface includes indentations having potentially coded, to assist the operator of the lifting apparatus with placement and operation of the lifting apparatus. The lifting apparatus is adapted for use with cushioning apparatus (13) to cushion the impact of the forklift tines against objects being lifted by the tines, such as pallets and the like to assist in reducing damage to pallets and products and improve safety in the operation of forklifts.
