Abstract: The present disclosure relates to compositions and methods for treating oral pain. The compositions disclosed herein may comprise a dissolvable carrier containing at least one active ingredient. In some embodiments, the active ingredients comprise guaiacol, eugenol, glycerin, menthol oil, peppermint oil, oregano oil, and cardamom oil. The methods disclosed herein comprise treating oral pain in a subject using the compositions disclosed herein, wherein such compositions are configured as a paste that can be molded on or about a surface exhibiting oral pain in a subject's oral cavity. Such compositions are resistant to the moist environment of the subject's oral cavity and provide rapid, effective pain relief in the subject.
