Abstract: A vertical evaporation device comprising an evaporator made of a vertical panel with a grid of dividers and flanges folded on the four sides thereof joined to a refrigeration tube coil on the rear portion thereof and both being embedded in a support framework, which in turn has a water distributor by means of a hydraulic system with three inlet channels which is joined by means of clipping to the upper side of the device.

Abstract: An extruder for an ice machine essentially made up of a monoblock body which is configured from a first body essentially joined to a second cylindrical body, hollow as well in the central portion thereof, and that on the lower portion thereof defines a threaded portion for the joining thereof to an ice machine, through a plurality of holes; and wherein, in the central portion of the body coinciding with the central portion of the second body, a plurality of hollows are located in each body, which determine the inlet and the outlet of a series of channels through which the ice passes towards the outlet of the cited extruder, and wherein said hollows have a “kidney” shape with one concave side and another convex one.

Abstract: A stop sensor for an ice machine comprising a casing made up of a base and a cover, wherein the base acts as a housing for a sensor protected by glass, and which is arranged in an electronic board which in turn houses at least electronic means which send the stop signal; a probe, a light emitting diode and a switch; and in that the cover of the casing has a hole wherein a cap is housed which protects the sensor from possible inlets of water during the operation of the machine, and wherein in turn, said hole will coincide with the area where the button of the switch is located.

Abstract: A safety device for an ice machine comprising a cover-type body (1), with a spherical cap shape, which is articulated on one of the ends (1a) thereof, while on the other end (1b) thereof it has a floating character and incorporates protuberances (1c) that make up the arrangement of an elastic closure (2) responsible for fastening said body to the ice machine (10); and wherein electronic means (3) are located adjacently to the body (1) in the placement area of an end of the elastic closure (2), which are responsible for detecting the change in position or opening of said body (1) and sending machine stop and breakdown warnings.
