Abstract: A portable ice fishing and camping shelter which may be secured to either the front of a vehicle or the back of the vehicle. The shelter includes a horizontally disposed base frame which is secured to the hitch receiver of the vehicle so as to be elevated above the ground. One or more seats are positioned on the base frame. A shelter assembly is pivotally secured to the base frame and is movable between collapsed and shelter positions. A flexible cover is mounted on the shelter assembly. A front rest is mounted on the base frame which includes stabilizers thereon. A cargo transport bracket may be secured to the base frame, when the shelter assembly is in the collapsed position, for transporting cargo above the collapsed shelter assembly.

Abstract: A basketball training device for use with a basketball goal including a backboard having a horizontally disposed rim secured thereto. The training device includes a horizontally disposed circular support positioned below the rim which is either secured to the backboard or the rim. A horizontally disposed mounting structure is selectively horizontally rotatably mounted on the circular support. A vertically disposed simulated basketball player is secured to the mounting structure which extends downwardly therefrom. The simulated basketball player has a pair of arms secured thereto which may be moved upwardly or downwardly.

Abstract: A trash receptacle mover including a first quick-attach assembly secured to an off-road vehicle and a second quick-attach assembly connected to a trash receptacle attachment member. The quick-attach assemblies may be selectively connected together. The trash receptacle attachment member may be secured to a recessed bar on the trash receptacle so that the trash receptacle may be lifted from the ground and transported to a distant location.

Abstract: A quick-attach assembly for quickly and easily securing an implement to the forward end of a push tube assembly mounted on an off-road vehicle. A rear quick-attach assembly is secured to the forward end of the push tube assembly and a rear quick-attach assembly is secured to the rearward end of the implement. When connected together, the rear quick-attach assembly is received within the front quick-attach assembly.
