Abstract: A reusable apparatus for arranging a floral bouquet is provided. The apparatus includes a frame, having a substantially parabolic shape or hemispherical shape with apertures arranged thereon for the insertion of plant stems. The apparatus also includes an adjustable support apparatus with a first support shaft connected to the frame, joined to a second support shaft configured such that the first support shaft and second support function as a telescoping combined shaft assembly and wherein an adaptor block configured for use with a foam-based frame positionable on an upper end of the first support shaft. The second shaft is connected to a bracket, the bracket having a lower arm with a slotted portion that adjusts the location of the second support shaft, and an upper arm slotted portion that adjusts the location of a holding device, a clamp that attaches to a base; and frame that is removable.
