The base is obtained through a prokaryotic fermentation with a bacteria taken from the group consisting of Corynebacterium glutamicum, Corynebacterium ammoniagenes, Corynebacterium casei, Corynebacterium efficiens, Brevibacterium lactofermentum and Bacillus subtilis. The base is not purified by crystallization or chromatographic methods.
