  • Patent number: 9523390
Abstract: A rolling bearing with seal ring includes an outer ring having an inner-diameter side, an inner-circumferential surface, and an outer ring raceway formed on the inner-circumferential surface. A seal ring fastened to an axial end portion of the inner-circumferential surface of the outer ring. The inner ring has a first axial end surface on a first side and the outer ring has a second axial end surface on the first side. The first axial end surface is flat and is recessed from the second axial end surface of the outer ring in the axial direction of the rolling bearing. The seal ring is formed into a circular ring shape and includes a seal lip that is made of an elastic material and has a tip-end edge having a sliding contact with the first axial end surface of the inner ring; and a metal core that reinforces the elastic material.

  • Patent number: 9316259
Abstract: Construction of a rolling bearing with seal ring can be achieved in which, while securing the required seal performance, the rotation support portion can be made more compact by shortening the dimension in the axial direction of the installation space for an inner ring 3a, and torque can be lowered. A sliding contact edge 23 of a seal lip 12a that is provided around the inner-circumferential edge portion of a seal ring 5a on one end side in the axial direction comes in sliding contact with one end surface 24 of the inner ring 3a. The tip-end edge of a protruding portion 20 closely faces the surface of the inner ring 3a, forming a labyrinth seal 19 in this portion. With this construction, a stopper ring 17 for regulating the position in the axial direction of the inner ring 3a with respect to a shaft 15 is located so as not to protrude from the end surface in the axial direction of the rolling bearing 1a with seal ring.

  • Patent number: 8184447
Abstract: A versatile multi-layer electronic part built-in board compatible with different external circuits to be connected thereto is provided. Sensors are connected to a connector through connection lines that are connected to electronic parts. The electronic parts are directly connected to the connector and can be mounted on the top layer, the bottom layer or both the top and bottom layers of the multi-layer electronic part built-in board. When the sensor to be connected, for example, is changed to another having a different characteristic, an electronic part mounted on the top and bottom layers correspondingly to the sensor can be changed.

  • Patent number: 7419385
Abstract: A connector mounting structure includes a circuit board, a surface mount connector mounted to the circuit board, and an electronic component. The connector includes a connector body and a plurality of conductive terminals. The connector body has a base portion placed on a front surface of the circuit board and a tube portion. The terminals are disposed in the base portion of the connector body. The tube portion has a first opening portion for partially receiving the circuit board and a second opening portion for communicating with an external device. The electronic component is mounted to a back surface of the circuit board. A space for the electronic component is provided approximately beneath the base portion, between the back surface of the circuit board and the first opening portion of the tube portion.
