  • Publication number: 20240019888
Abstract: A push-type input device according to one embodiment includes: an operation knob configured to receive a pushing operation by an operator; a click sensation-imparting mechanism configured to impart a click sensation to the pushing operation; a slider configured to slide in a predetermined sliding direction in response to the pushing operation; a rotating body configured to rotate in response to sliding of the slider; a sensor configured to detect a rotation angle of the rotating body; and a determination section configured to perform a switch-on determination based on a detection result of the rotation angle by the sensor. The determination section performs the switch-on determination between the rotation angle of the rotating body corresponding to the maximum load in load characteristics of the pushing operation and the rotation angle of the rotating body corresponding to the minimum load in load characteristics of the pushing operation.

  • Publication number: 20230407959
Abstract: A rotary shifter includes a knob, a cam mechanism to hold the knob at holding positions corresponding to respective predetermined shift positions whose number is N, an electromagnetic brake including a yoke and an armature to restrict the rotation of the armature and the knob, and a hardware processor to determine a predetermined shift position of the knob to control the operation of the electromagnetic brake. The rotation pitch angle between the holding positions of the knob at the time of switching the predetermined shift positions is set to an angle obtained by dividing 360 degrees by a first integer A (A?N). The rotation pitch angle between stopping positions of the armature corresponding to the holding positions at the time of switching the predetermined shift positions is set to an angle obtained by dividing 360 degrees by a second integer B (A>B?N).

  • Patent number: 11085974
Abstract: An anomaly detection device detects an anomaly of a potentiometer including a resistor and a movable terminal that moves while contacting the resistor. The anomaly detection device includes a first applier that applies, to one end of the resistor, a first voltage in a first detection period and a second voltage in a second detection period that is consecutive to the first detection period; a second applier that applies, to another end of the resistor, the first voltage in the first detection period and the second voltage in the second detection period; a voltage detector that detects an output voltage from the movable terminal; and an anomaly detector that detects a contact failure of the movable terminal based on the output voltage detected by the voltage detector when an applied voltage applied by each of the first applier and the second applier is changed.

  • Publication number: 20130033424
Abstract: An input device of the present disclosure includes reaction force map creation means for creating a reaction force map including a plurality of reaction force components corresponding to a plurality of input components displayed on a screen, and reaction force transmission means for transmitting a reaction force to an operation body when, in accordance with an operation of selecting each input component with the operation body, the corresponding reaction force component on the reaction force map is selected. When converting a screen display image into the reaction force map, the reaction force map creation means rearranges each reaction force component on the reaction force map differently from a component arrangement on the screen display image.
