  • Publication number: 20050156480
Abstract: Claw-shaped magnetic poles are alternately disposed along the rotation plane of a rotor of an electric rotating machine, and a permanent magnet is disposed between the claw-shaped magnetic poles. Surface of the permanent magnet is coated with a coating layer. The coating layer is composed of a anticorrosive material performing sacrificial anticorrosion (metal flake in a coating film rusts prior to a matrix resulting in protection of the matrix) such as inorganic material containing zinc and a film of the anticorrosive material is formed by spraying. Ionization tendency of zinc is larger than that of iron composing the permanent magnet, and the permanent magnet is difficult to be rusted owing to the sacrificial anticorrosion. Consequently, anticorrosion of the permanent magnet disposed between the claw-shaped magnetic poles is improved.

  • Patent number: 6919388
Abstract: The admixtures for a cementitious composition of the invention, which have the above-mentioned constitutions, can suitably be used in cement pastes, mortar, concrete and like cement compositions and can stabilize the amount of air entrained with the lapse of time and thus facilitate the quality control of cement compositions and, further, can improve the workability of cement compositions owing to their excellent dispersing capacities. The cement compositions of the invention which comprise such admixture for a cementitious composition are excellent in water-reducing ability and workability and can give hardened products excellent in strength and durability and, further, can stably maintain the amount of air entrained without allowing increases in the amount of air even when the time of kneading is prolonged in the production.

  • Publication number: 20050139771
Abstract: A TFT array inspection apparatus includes an electron beam source for irradiating an electron beam, a detecting device for detecting an electron beam emitted from a sample upon irradiating the electron beam to output a detected signal, and a sample potential changing device for changing a sample potential. A calibration device calibrates the detected signal using a calibration curve of the sample potential and the detected signal to obtain the sample potential.

  • Publication number: 20040266929
Abstract: A solid adhesive comprising a water-soluble adhesive polymer and a polymer component derived from an aqueous polymer emulsion as the components, wherein a solid content of the aqueous polymer emulsion are contained in an amount of 0.01 to 30 mass % with respect to the total amount of the water-soluble adhesive polymer and the solid content of aqueous polymer emulsion.

  • Publication number: 20040197598
Abstract: A stainless steel/Cu clad which has high-temperature strength enough to be not easily deformed and be sufficiently practical and high thermal conductivity for a high temperature use, and a manufacturing method of such a clad. The stainless steel/Cu clad of the invention is formed by bonding a high Mn austenitic stainless steel containing 9-16 mass % Mn and Cu metallically. Manufacturing of the stainless steel/Cu clad is carried out as follows. That is, a first sheet made of the high Mn austenitic stainless steel, a second sheet made of Cu, and a third sheet of a heat resisting steel which acts as a peeling material are wound in a coil shape in a state where they are laminated in such order and, subsequently, the obtained coil is vacuum-annealed, thereby bonding them and manufacturing the high Mn austenitic stainless steel/Cu clad having high-temperature strength and high-thermal conductivity.

  • Publication number: 20030087993
Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to provide a cement additive which causes no increase in the amount of air and can thus stably maintain the amount of air entrained even when the time of kneading is prolonged in the production of cement compositions. A further object is to provide a cement admixture having such air entraining properties and having a high level of water-reducing capacity as well as a cement composition.

  • Patent number: 6410479
Abstract: A thermally sensitive recording medium which has good printability and surface glossness, by forming a glossing layer on a thermally sensitive recording layer on a substrate, and said glossing layer contains an inorganic pigment and a fixing composition which does not cause sticking at higher temperature than 200° C., and the surface glossiness of the glossing layer based on JIS-P-8142 in which angle of incidence and angle of reflect is 75 degree is bigger than 50%.
