  • Publication number: 20140021158
Abstract: In the case of screw-connection closures (1) with a pouring nozzle (2), on which a screw-connection cap (3) with a tamperproof strip (4) is placed in position, predetermined breaking point bridges (40) provided between the tamperproof strip (4) and screw-connection cap (3) are exposed to the risk of being prematurely destroyed during demoulding from the injection mould or when being placed axially in position on the pouring nozzle. According to the invention, posts (24) are arranged as restraining elements on the pouring nozzle (2). They engage in the tamperproof strip (4) prior to initial opening. The tamperproof strip (4) itself has weakened bending zones (43) in regions which are pushed outwards by the posts when being placed axially in position. The predetermined breaking point bridges (40) are arranged where the tamperproof strip (4) crosses over the lower periphery of the screw-connection cap (3) when it is being placed in position and subjected to maximum deformation.

  • Publication number: 20130193146
Abstract: The closeable opening device according to the invention comprises a base (2) in which a cutting element (3) is supported. Driving dogs (42) in the closing screw cap (4) engage with driving dogs (32) in the cutting element (3), so that the cutting element (3) is displaced in the base (2) to the end position upon initial opening. At least one first rotational stop (5, 50) ensures that the cutting element remains in position and neither moves upward in an undesired manner when the screw cap is opened, nor can be displaced downward by any relative displacement of the two parts, thus causing same to fall into the container. The first rotational stop (5) is made of a rib (50) on the inner face of the spout (20), which interacts with a recess in the form of a flat spot (35) on the cutting element (3).

  • Publication number: 20130186899
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic closure (1) for malleable containers (2), comprising a spout (3) having an outside thread (4) and a terminal flange (5) for fastening to the container (2) and a cap (6) which has an inside thread and can be screwed onto the outside thread of the spout (3) in a closable manner, characterized in that the spout is directly or indirectly operatively connected to a membrane (10) which reduces the flow and has at least one perforation (11), wherein in the usage position the membrane (10) runs at least approximately in the region of the flange (5) and parallel thereto.

  • Publication number: 20130168412
Abstract: The invention relates to a closeable opening device (1) made of a spout fitting (2), a cutting element (3), and a screw cap (4), optimized for assembly and use. To this end, the spout fitting (2) and cutting element (3) are produced as semi-finished goods (5). The cutting element (3) comprises an upper edge (33) at the cylindrical part (30), having recesses (36) distributed uniformly around the circumference. The screw cap (4) comprises ring wall segments (46) on the inner underside of the cover surface thereof, designed diametrically opposite the recesses (36). The upper edge (33) and the ring wall segments (46) slide against each other during assembly, until the ring wall segments (46) engage in the recesses (36) in a form-fit manner. A stable form-fit connection thus exists between the two said parts, allowing greater torque to be transmitted without the problems known from the state of the art occurring.

  • Publication number: 20130136382
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic closure (1) having a bottom part (2) and a top part (3) in order to make a tubular bag (4) user-friendly and provide it with a secure closure. The bottom part (2) has a flange (20) on which a nozzle (21) is integrally formed. The nozzle has a cylindrical part (22), in the region of which a form-fit means (25) is attached to one side and an external thread (26) located above is attached to the other side. A tapering, arched, conical part (23) follows over the cylindrical part. The top part (3) consists of a retaining ring (30), which is connected to a cap (40) via a tightening strap (31). The retaining ring (30) comprises form-fit means (33) which engage with the form-fit means (25) on the cylindrical part (22) of the nozzle. The retaining ring (30) is thus held on the nozzle (21) in a rotatable but axially fixed manner. The cap (40) has an internal thread (48) which clamps with the external thread (26) of the nozzle (21).

  • Publication number: 20130043260
Abstract: A closure device (1) having a spout part (2) comprising a flange (3), in which a piercing means (5) cuts open a container (B) by way of driving elements (9, 10), is usually always designed with a purely screw-type closure. According to the invention, the closure device now comprises a closure that is primarily a pivot hinge closure (20), but at the same time can also be used as a combined pivot hinge closure and screw-type closure.

  • Publication number: 20120248144
Abstract: The invention relates to a closing device consisting of a lower part (2) with a cylindrical outlet and a flange (3), said device being closable by a screw cap (4). When the container is first opened, means in the screw cap act on a perforating element (5) mounted in the lower part. Said perforating element (5) is open on both sides and has at least one cutting tooth (7) and a deflector (10). Both act on a container consisting only of a plastic film. The deflector (10) tightens the film to be perforated and cut. The deflector (10) is the same height as the at least one cutting tooth (7) or protrudes past same.

  • Publication number: 20120241471
Abstract: The invention relates to a closing device (1) consisting of a plastic material for applying to a closed container consisting of a plastic film material. Only two cutting teeth (20, 21) of the same height are to be applied to the cylindrical perforator (5) of said device, said teeth being arranged in an angular region of between 70° and 120° of the circumference. In this way, the section of the subsequent tooth extends into the section of the previous tooth, enabling a secure opening, without the risk of cutting an entire rondelle out of the plastic film of the container. The creation of only two partial sections without producing an opening in the container is also prevented.

  • Publication number: 20120033898
Abstract: A two-piece dosing cap (10) comprised of a base part (2) and a closure part (3). Both parts (2 and 3) can be displaced in relation to one another in the axial direction by means of suitable threads (20, 30). Above a cylindrical part (22), the base part (2) has a head part (23) comprising an outer wall (24), which is closed on top by a top surface (25). A plurality of outlet orifices (21) is integrally formed in the outer wall (24). The closure part (3) includes a mirror-inverted truncated cone (33), the outer wall (34) of which is completely closed, and therefore rests in the closed state with the interior surface thereof on the exterior surface of the outer wall (24) of said base part (2). Both parts comprise sealing means which are matched to one another.
