  • Publication number: 20230331603
Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for enhancing denitrification of sewage with a low carbon-to-nitrogen ratio by using an electrode biocarrier, and relates to the field of sewage treatment. The disclosure uses a conductive material as a microbial carrier and a potentiostat to induce a micro-electric field for directional acclimation and enrichment of electroactive denitrification microorganisms, and realizes a high-efficiency denitrification of the sewage with a low carbon-to-nitrogen ratio. The disclosure aims to provide a technical method for solving the problem of deep denitrification of municipal sewage with a low carbon-to-nitrogen ratio.

  • Publication number: 20230159360
Abstract: An electroactive bio-carrier module and a sewage treatment device using same are provided, which relate to the field of bioelectrochemistry and sewage treatment. The electroactive bio-carrier module is composed of an anode module and a cathode module made of a conductive material. The anode module is formed by connecting carbon fiber brushes in series and is of a vertically ring type structure; the cathode module is formed by connecting stainless steel meshes in series; the stainless steel meshes are in a folded horizontal stacked design; the anode and cathode modules are connected through an external lead wire to form a circuit. Surfaces of the anode and cathode modules can both enrich microorganisms, biofilms are formed on the surfaces. The electrode module is arranged in an up-flow type sewage treatment device and is used as an electroactive bio-carrier, to form a hybrid sewage treatment device with a built-in electroactive bio-carrier.

  • Patent number: 10961138
Abstract: A sewage/wastewater biological treatment system—sewage (wastewater) synergistic treatment acceleration device, which includes four components of a reaction assembly, a signal transmission assembly, a control assembly, and a housing carrying assembly. The reaction assembly can realize the colonization/proliferation of functional microorganisms, participate in the interface electron transfer between the electrode-microbe-sewage as an electron donor/receptor and electrode interface of the (bio)electrochemical reaction, and optimize the flow characteristics in the sewage/wastewater treatment system. The signal transmission assembly enables the conduction of applied voltage and real-time signal acquisition and transmission of key parameters. The monitoring assembly implements intelligent controllability of the present invention. The housing carrying assembly enables integrated assembly of single device and multi-device serial/parallel operation assembly.

  • Publication number: 20190190898
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for managing internet preferences include a personal portal web service with a preferred website uploader that uploads internet preferences such as bookmark data that identifies preferred websites for a user on a remote device. A data store stores the internet bookmark data and a graphical user interface is generated that enables the user to connect to the preferred websites specified by the internet bookmark data. An authentication data store stores authentication data such as usernames and passwords for websites that the user accesses. A credential applier automatically enters the authentication data into an application accessed through the graphical user interface of the personal portal. The personal portal web service can be set up to function as a home page for the user and accessed from any type of web browser or device. Restricted access is provided to data collected concerning usage of the service.

Abstract: Provided is a therapeutic agent for a neurological disorder directly acting on oxygen concentration-dependent vascular barrier breakdown. The therapeutic agent for a neurological disorder contains any one of (a) a functional nucleic acid against ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase)12 or ADAM17, (b) a functional nucleic acid expression vector containing a DNA encoding the functional nucleic acid (a) and (c) a neutralizing antibody against ADAM12 or ADAM17, as an active ingredient. The functional nucleic acid is preferably siRNA. It is preferable that the functional nucleic acid against ADAM12 is siRNA consisting of a sense strand sequence of nucleotides represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 or 3 and an antisense strand sequence complementary thereto or that the functional nucleic acid against ADAM17 is siRNA consisting of a sense strand sequence of nucleotides represented by SEQ ID NO: 5 or 7 and an antisense strand sequence complementary thereto.
