Abstract: A system for basing drones is described. A network of geographically diverse hangars provides storage and charging locations as well as backhaul communications infrastructure and video monitoring. As drones are needed, a central command point tasks an available drone, which may or may not already be located in proximity to a target. If additional drones are needed, drones can be flown to the area of interest and continuous coverage provided by charging drones while an active drone is conducting the mission, then rotating charged drones into the active mission. Structures for the hangars, the overall system, and methods of operation are described.

Abstract: A synthetic identity detection network may include a communications interface, one or more processors, and a memory having instructions stored thereon. The instructions cause the processors to receive a data inquiry from a requesting system. The data inquiry may include personally identifiable information (PII) data associated with a user. The instructions cause the processors to match the PII data to a plurality of user identities. Each user identity may be associated with at least a portion of the PII data. The instructions cause the processors to identify account statuses associated with accounts associated with the user identities. The instructions cause the processors to generate a code based at least in part on a count of the user identities and the account statuses. The code provides an indication of a likelihood of the user being a synthetic identity. The instructions cause the processors to transmit the code to the requesting system.

The scoring system accesses a multi-source data management system, using queries that include a base component, a link component and a function component. Data records maintained by the multi-source data management system include header data having identity data elements, with the header data analyzed pursuant to the queries. Queries may also be provided to an entity resolution system having data records organized in data networks, each data network corresponding to a single entity. Query results are used to develop an ID confidence score for applicant identity data.
