Abstract: The Disclosure is concerned with lift and rudder fin attachments for outboard engines and inboard engines with outboard drives of the type used in the propulsion of boats. The attachments may be adjusted to vary the amount of lift that is produced under a given set of operating conditions, and they also have the added advantage of greatly enhancing steering control at slow speeds and during slow speed operations such as trolling and docking.
