  • Patent number: 11627151
Abstract: A verification platform may include a data connection to receive a stream of industrial asset cyber-attack detection algorithm data, including a subset of the industrial asset cyber-attack detection algorithm data. The verification platform may store the subset into a data store (the subset of industrial asset cyber-attack detection algorithm data being marked as invalid) and record a hash value associated with a compressed representation of the subset of industrial asset cyber-attack detection algorithm data combined with metadata in a secure, distributed ledger.

  • Patent number: 11620121
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for providing users of services provided by network-based service platforms with additional control for approving patches that are to be deployed to computing resources that support their services. In some examples, the techniques include generating and using a “snapshot,” or list, of patches that are preliminarily approved for deployment. Prior to deploying the patches to the computing resources, users are provided with access to the snapshot and are able to modify the snapshot. For example, users can modify the snapshot by adding patches, removing patches, specifying a sequence in which the patches are to be deployed, and so forth. The snapshot of patches may be “frozen” for a period of time, meaning that patches that during the period of time, only patches in the snapshot are deployed, and patches that are not included in the snapshot are not permitted to be deployed to computing resources.

  • Patent number: 11587677
Abstract: A method of predicting patient deterioration includes receiving an electronic health record data set of the patient, determining a risk score corresponding to the patient by analyzing the electronic health record data set of the patient using a trained machine learning model, determining a threshold value using an online/reinforcement learning model, comparing the risk score to the threshold value, and when the risk score exceeds the threshold value, generating an alarm. A non-transitory computer readable medium includes program instructions that when executed, cause the computer to receive a list of patients, display selectable patient information corresponding to each of the list of patients according to an ordering established by a feature importance algorithm, receive a selection, retrieve vital sign information corresponding to the selection, and display the vital sign information.

  • Patent number: 11582042
Abstract: A verification platform may include a data connection to receive a stream of industrial asset data, including a subset of the industrial asset data, from industrial asset sensors. The verification platform may store the subset of industrial asset data into a data store, the subset of industrial asset data being marked as invalid, and record a hash value associated with a compressed representation of the subset of industrial asset data combined with metadata in a secure, distributed ledger (e.g., associated with blockchain technology). The verification platform may then receive a transaction identifier from the secure, distributed ledger and mark the subset of industrial asset data in the data store as being valid after using the transaction identifier to verify that the recorded hash value matches a hash value of an independently created version of the compressed representation of the subset of industrial asset data combined with metadata.

  • Patent number: 11503045
Abstract: A cyber-physical system may have monitoring nodes that generate a series of current monitoring node values over time that represent current operation of the system. A hierarchical abnormality localization computer platform accesses a multi-level hierarchy of elements, and elements in a first level of the hierarchy are associated with elements in at least one lower level of the hierarchy and at least some elements may be associated with monitoring nodes. The computer platform may then determine, based on feature vectors and a decision boundary, an abnormality status for a first element in the highest level of the hierarchy. If the abnormality status indicates an abnormality, the computer platform may determine an abnormality status for elements, associated with the first element, in at least one level of the hierarchy lower than the level of the first element. These determinations may be repeated until an abnormality is localized to a monitoring node.

  • Publication number: 20220331137
Abstract: An aural hematoma splint (AHS) system/method providing for animal ear pinna (AEP) suspension and/or compression allowing non-surgical treatment of AEP auricular hematoma is disclosed. The AHS promotes healing performance by including a conical primary plate (CPP) and angular secondary plate (ASP) that are used in conjunction with non-elastic fabric tape (NFT) to hold the AEP in suspension during treatment. The NFT includes a long strap collar (LSC) and cross support strips (CSS) for preparatory taping and application of the CPP/ASP to the AEP. This sandwich configuration of the CPP/ASP surrounding the AEP creates equilibrium in hematoma fluid pressures within the damaged area of the AEP, promotes a uniform thin layer of blood to clot in the entirety of the hematoma region, and allows regeneration of damaged tissues in a controlled environment while limiting structural and aesthetic damage to the healed AEP post treatment.

  • Publication number: 20220189846
Abstract: Aspects of diamond growth on semiconductors are described. Some aspects include direct growth of synthetic diamond on wide-bandgap semiconductors without the use of nucleating layers or protective layers. Some aspects include generating synthetic diamond over a gallium nitride surface of a layered structure in accordance with a set of growth parameters that are generated based at least in part on an interface property of an interface generated between the gallium nitride surface and the synthetic diamond. In some aspects, the interface is a single interface between the synthetic diamond and the gallium nitride surface. In some aspects, the synthetic diamond is in contact with the gallium nitride surface. Some aspects include synthetic diamond growth on wide-bandgap semiconductor structures to achieve thermal extraction without introducing electrically conductive regions in the semiconductor structure. Such aspects may include generating less than optimal quality synthetic diamond.
