  • Patent number: 10272649
Abstract: Protective drain covers, include stiffening members at one end or at opposing ends to increase rigidity in one direction while leaving the other direction flexible. The increased rigidity in the one direction improves the ability to handle and accurately position the protective drain cover for use, while the flexibility in the other direction allows the protective drain cover to be rolled up for storage and future use. The stiffening member(s) can be used as hand-holds to assist in the placement of the heavy protective drain cover and then removal of protective drain cover after use.

  • Publication number: 20180314799
Abstract: A system and method for linking home health agencies and health care providers over a network can comprise the steps of storing a home health agency (HHA) profile, storing a plurality of healthcare provider (HCP) profiles, and receiving and storing a job record within a data store. The HHA profile can be accessible by an HHA via a server. Each of the HCP profiles can be associated with an HCP. The job record can be created by the HHA logged in to the HHA profile. The step can comprise displaying on a map an icon related to the job record. The icon can be visible to a first HCP logged into a first HCP profile of the plurality of HCP profiles. The step can also comprise displaying, at least a portion of the job record and an option to accept responsibility for the treatment request. Additionally, the step can comprise transmitting to a second HCP a second option to accept responsibility for said treatment request.

Abstract: Compressible fluid-impermeable berm devices that self-adhere to surfaces such as ground, pavement and floors are disclosed. The compressible containment berm devices include one or more compressible containment wall sections formed from a flexible shell and a compressible filler material. A pre-applied adhesive layer at least partially covers the underside of each compressible containment wall, and is used to adhere and seal the containment wall to the containment surface. Corner joints may be used to connect the compressible containment wall sections together to thereby form the berm devices with a closed perimeter that contains leaks and spills. The compressible fluid-permeable berm devices can be easily removed or repositioned after use leaving little or no adhesive residue.

  • Patent number: 8655904
Abstract: A system and method are provided to process listing data in a network-based commerce system, for example, a network-based auction facility. The method may comprise providing a user with a graphic user interface to enter listing data in the network-based commerce system, the listing data including at least one entered word. A database including a plurality of reference words that relate to listings provided by the network-based commerce system may then be investigated. If at least one entered word is misspelled, the method may include identifying at least one suggested word from the plurality of reference words and communicating the at least one suggested word to the user. In one embodiment, the reference words include words frequently misspelled and the at least one suggested word is the correct spelling of the word. The at least one suggested word may be associated with at least one category associated with a listing.
