  • Publication number: 20190098905
Abstract: A baking mix is provided that is free of common food allergens. The baking mix includes a modified starch, a native starch, a gluten-free flour, a hydrocolloid, a hydrogenated oil, a sugar, and a salt. Methods of manufacturing a baking mix are further provided and comprise the step of combining an amount of a modified starch, an amount of a native starch, an amount of a gluten-free flour, an amount of a hydrocolloid, an amount of a sugar, and an amount of a sea salt to form a raw material mixture. An amount heated hydrogenated oil is then added to the raw material mixture, and the raw material mixture is turbolized for a predetermined amount of time to thereby form the baking mix.

  • Patent number: 9536225
Abstract: A method and associated system for designing an architectural solution. Functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements are received. Responsive to receiving the functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements, first level outputs are produced. Further input is received through a guided questionnaire, wherein the guided questionnaire is based on the first level outputs. Responsive to receiving the further input, a list of client specific components and subcomponents, a client specific solution reference architecture, and a set of reference links are produced.

  • Publication number: 20150039358
Abstract: A computer system receives data persistence requirements necessary for a system architecture. The computer system identifies one or more data persistence technology attributes corresponding to the received data persistence requirements. The computer system determines one or more data persistence technology products having one or more of the identified data persistence technology attributes. The computer system, based on a priority of data persistence requirements, determines at least one data persistence technology product from the one or more determined data persistence technology products for the system architecture.
