    Abstract: The disclosed technology teaches testing an autonomous vehicle: shielding a GNSS receiving antenna of the vehicle from ambient GNSS signals while the vehicle is under test and supplanting the ambient GNSS signals with simulated GNSS signals. Testing includes using a GNSS signal generating system: receiving the ambient GNSS signals using an antenna of the system and determining a location and acceleration of the vehicle from the GNSS signals, accessing a model of an augmented environment that includes multi-pathing and obscuration of the GNSS signals along a test path, based on the determined location—generating the simulated GNSS signals to feed to the vehicle, in real time—simulating at least one constellation of GNSS satellite sources modified according to the augmented environment, based on the determined location, and feeding the simulated signals to a receiver in the vehicle, thereby supplanting ambient GNSS as the autonomous vehicle travels along the test path.

    Abstract: A locking positioning pin assembly comprising a shaft extending between opposing first and second ends, a nut threadably engaged with the shaft and rotatable to thread along the shaft between a closed position relatively closer to the first end of the shaft and an open position relatively closer to the second end of the shaft, a knob having a plunger, the knob rotatable about the shaft to cause rotation of the nut. When the nut is in the open position, the knob is translatable to allow the plunger to move between a disengaged position and an engaged position. When the nut is in the closed position, the plunger is in an engaged position and is prevented from translating relative to the nut and the shaft due to abutment of the knob with one or more features of the nut.

The sliding window assembly includes a guide track and a sliding window movable relative to the guide track. A heating element is coupled to the sliding window for heating the sliding window. A drum of a drive assembly rotates and includes a conductive terminal connected to a power supply of the vehicle. A cable is coupled between the sliding window and heating element and the drum. The drum rotates to mechanically wind or unwind the cable for moving the sliding window. A conductive element is coupled to at least one of the drum and the cable and is electrically connected to the cable and is movable during movement of the sliding window. The conductive element contacts the conductive terminal to provide electrical current to the cable for energizing the heating element.
