  • Patent number: 10471898
Abstract: A roll cover assembly for covering a cargo space of a vehicle includes a cassette housing an extendable/retractable roll cover, a first receptacle adjacent a first side wall of the cargo space and having a channel configured to slidably guide a first end of the cassette during insertion or removal, a second receptacle adjacent a second side wall of the cargo space and having an opening configured to receive a second end of the cassette and permit pivoting of the cassette about the second end during removal of the first end from the first receptacle, a locking mechanism releasably locking the first end of the cassette into the first receptacle, and a release device actuatable to release the locking mechanism by pulling along a line-of-action parallel with a direction in which the first end of the cassette moves during removal from the first receptacle.

  • Patent number: 10252675
Abstract: A height adjustable floor system for a motor vehicle includes a load compartment floor having front and rear floor members that are pivotally connected together to permit relative rotation about a transverse axis. The load compartment cover can be positioned in upper and lower load carrying positions and be moved between these positions with the aid of a pair of first side supports each having a continuous groove defining a path to be followed by a pair of spaced apart guide members located on left and right sides of the front floor member near to a front end thereof. The rear floor member is used to facilitate the transitioning of the load compartment floor between the two load carrying positions and the first side supports are so configured that in the load carrying positions load is not transferred from the load compartment floor to the guide members.

Abstract: Disclosed is a mechanism for notifying potential responders of a condition of a system. Status information is received in response to a condition in a system. The condition is of the type requiring notification of a potential responder—for instance, an alarm in a building energy management system. A status web feed is prepared in accordance with a web feed protocol. The status web feed includes content related to the status information. The status web feed is distributed to potential responders that subscribe to the status web feed. The web feed protocol may be for example RSS or ATOM.

  • Patent number: 5927114
Abstract: A view limiting enclosure and assembly for dial combination locks with a dome cover(9): which completely covers a dial combination lock(1): dial turning knob(3): and dial except for a dial viewing hole(10): to view the dial graduations as they go by a partly transparent L shaped cover(6): which covers the dial inside the dome cover so that only 3 or 4 dial graduations are seen at one time and all but one dial graduation mark looks the same. A rope pulling hole(11): in the side of the dome cover contains a rope(2): that goes around the dial turning knob and is used to turn the dial by pulling on one end or the other end of the rope slowly and counting one dial graduation at a time until the correct combination is reach to open lock. It takes one minute to open sober, very hard if not impossible, to open if you are drunk.
