Abstract: A pre-assembled decking panel and strut assembly for data center ceilings and roofs including a decking panel that is a sheet metal in a shape of a wave and an elongated strut member configured such that hanging systems can be attached to the elongated strut member. The peaks and valleys of the decking panel and the strut member extend in a first direction and are spaced in parallel in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A top wall of the strut member is affixed to a peak of the decking panel.

Abstract: An upper portion of an aisle containment system for a data center. The upper portion includes spaced vertical supports aligned in two parallel rows and horizontal supports that extend between and are connected to adjacent vertical supports to form the basic framework of the upper portion. The upper portion also includes (1) at least one pair of arms that extend outwardly from opposite longitudinal sides of the basic framework and are configured to support services and (2) at least one busbar casement that is attached to the vertical supports and extends substantially the length of the upper portion. Each arm of the at least one pair of arms includes a segment that is rotatable between a first position in which the segment is substantially parallel to the vertical supports and a second position in which the segment is substantially perpendicular to the vertical supports.

Abstract: A ceiling tile clip includes a top wall, a pair of parallel, spaced side walls that extend downwardly from opposite edges of the top wall and flanges at lower edges of the side walls that extend outwardly. The top wall includes a threaded opening in the center thereof. The ceiling tile clip is configured to be attached to an elongated ceiling grid member by a threaded member that threadedly engages the threaded opening. The elongated ceiling grid member has side surfaces and lower flange portions. When the ceiling tile clip is attached to the elongated ceiling grid member, the top wall of the ceiling tile clip is above the elongated ceiling grid member, the side walls of the ceiling tile clip are alongside the side surfaces of the elongated ceiling grid member and the flanges of the ceiling tile clip are above the flange portions.

The supplemental support structure may include vertical support caps attached to the hot aisle/cold aisle forming apparatus above the vertical supports and the grid of parallel and perpendicular rows of elongated grid members and a grid of elongated cross supports. Each of the elongated cross supports may be connected to and supported by at least two of the vertical support caps at an angle of other than 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° with the parallel and perpendicular rows of elongated grid members.

Abstract: An elongated ceiling grid member and a ceiling grid assembly that includes a plurality of the elongated ceiling grid members are disclosed. The elongated ceiling grid member may include an upper portion, a lower portion and a middle portion that connects the upper portion and the lower portion. The upper portion may include a first pair of spaced and substantially parallel sidewalls having ridged interior surfaces that face each other. Similarly, the lower portion may include a second pair of spaced and substantially parallel sidewalls. Each sidewall of the second pair of sidewalls may include upper and lower ridged interior surfaces, with the distance between the upper ridged interior surfaces being different than the distance between the lower ridged interior surfaces. A plurality of the elongated grid members can be connected at their ends to form a grid of the plurality of elongated grid members.
